Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
