At VitaPurely, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items in original packaging.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Product packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, beauty, or personal care products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
